Gelt Venture Capital is a seed stage venture capital firm investing in companies in the A-R-T industries. These are Agricultural Technologies, Real Estate Technologies and Transportation Technologies. We believe these are the most important industries for our future as they represent the most basic of human needs: Housing, Transportation and Food. As such, these industries also represent the three largest categories of consumer expenditure and are huge market opportunities, ripe for disruption. Strangely much of the innovation in the past 20 years has not focused on these sectors, which has created a missed opportunity Gelt Venture Capital is now capitalizing upon. Domuso is the first financing-as-a-service resident payment portal for multifamily rentals. Our online payment portal offers financing and integrated credit options within an online payment checkout for any one-time rental payment. Many use cases include move-in payments, debt payments, or one time rental payments.  Our proprietary risk algorithms for near-prime and subprime applicants was developed utilizing property operational level data and historical rental payment data. Domuso is also a proven sales tool for our customers, allowing new residents to pay certified move-in payments or debt payments online or overtime, eliminating the hassle of certified paper checks.

Gelt was founded by cousins Keith Wasserman and Damian Langere during the height of the economic recession and financial meltdown in 2008. Gelt’s business plan is to acquire and re-position value-add multifamily real estate investments.
