Gelt is seeking to acquire multifamily, retail, and mobile home park properties in the Western United States with an emphasis in California, Utah, Nevada, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and Arizona. Suitable properties have an added value component through superior management and/or renovation and operation. We specialize in interior renovations as well as major capital improvements to the physical plant and building systems.

Property Type: Apartments, Shopping Centers, Mobile Home Communities

Asset Class: A, B, & C

Location: On major streets and throughways, in residential neighborhoods, in close proximity to colleges and campuses, hospitals and malls and other employment generators

Pricing: $4 – 75,000,000

Property Vintage: 1975 or newer

Investment Structure: All cash to seller. Loan assumption may be considered

Preferred Markets: Western United State with an emphasis in California, Utah, Nevada, and Arizona
